Located about 2 hours from Paris, and near Deauville, Cabourg or Villers-sur-Mer in Normandy, come and discover this charming house of 45 m², the ideal place for a pleasant stay with family or friends!
A bucolic atmosphere, a green setting and a bit of a change of scenery are the key words for a stay in this 3* holiday village. On site, you will find everything you need: swimming pools, jacuzzi, football pitch, table tennis, mini-market, restaurant...
You will have a single-storey flat with a beautiful, bright living room with a sitting area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. You will also be able to enjoy convivial moments in the sun thanks to its garden and its two terraces.
Free private parking. Bed linen and towels provided. Wifi in supplement. Pets allowed.

The single-storey house is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 6 guests.
- A kitchenette, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee pods...

Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen-Size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a TV and storage.
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top (sleeps 3).
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- An entrance terrace with garden furniture.
- A large garden with a wooden terrace of 30 m², where you will find deckchairs, an outdoor table and chairs, a parasol and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun!

Communal areas in the residence (The opening of the communal areas in the residence is subject to the decisions of the Pierre & Vacances residence. Please contact the residence directly for further information):
- Swimming pools: 3 supervised swimming pools are accessible free of charge. Inside, two pools: "La Plage" (2m deep) and "L'Amazone", an indoor area with whirlpool, children's pool, counter-current swimming, hydromassage jets, sauna and hammam. Outside, "Le Lagon": swimming pool heated to 29°.
- Activities: entertainment with or without supplement, organized by professional animators. Table tennis, football stadium, tennis court, park and children's village.
- Catering: breakfast and catering service available on reservation in the restaurant. Grocery store in the village.

The accommodation is located in the heart of the Pierre et Vacances Normandy Garden Village in a bucolic and family setting, but also less than 15 min drive from the Houlgate coast.

- Wifi available on request from the Pierre&Vacances reception.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Pets are accepted for an extra charge of 5€ per day, please specify when booking.
- All children's swimming is the sole responsibility of their parents.
